Joy the Elf most certainly did bring the Christmas magic to our Christmas celebrations. My 5 year old great-niece – is very impressed that I actually know one of Santa’s Elves and that she came to visit!!!! My niece, her mum, was also very impressed. Your visit was the icing on the cake to a special weekend. I Loved the certificates and how much effort you’d put into the reindeer food. Great idea to call each child by name and read the comments from the book. So pleased all the kids were on Santa’s nice list. I wonder if the adults were the same …. And the kids loved the fake snow – some of which is still stuck to our windows where it will remain until the window cleaner comes again in January LOL. Thank you again for taking the time to bring the magic of Christmas to us all last Sunday. I would definitely recommend you for an Elf visit – and can only imagine how amazing you will be as a Disney Princess.

We have had two excellent visits at our Soft Play from The Party Chapter. Olivia is incredibly talented and extremely professional. Both the Ms Rachel and Rumi characters have been really popular, bringing in more customers who have said how much their children have enjoyed it.We’ll definitely be using The Party Chapter for many more events (Jessie from Toy Story in June!) and would encourage anyone looking for a character event to get in touch with them!

Olivia was so easy to work with and professional. Everything about the process was amazing from booking the event through to her engagement with the children on the day. She even went out of her way to help us out when a few of our own arrangements didn’t go according to plan.
